Chocotejas are traditional Peruvian chocolates filled with caramel and nuts. One of the girls made these for me! She made them entirely by hand, and she even made the box they came in. Unfortunately, I ate the second "S" before I thought to take a photo. It read, "Miss Norita" - Norita being the Spanish diminutive of my name.
